November is over and in a way so is the year. I mean, there's less than a month left in 2008, and that makes me incredibly happy. I want this year to be over, because it's sucked worse than any other year of my life ever. But enough of that. It's December and now there are Christmas Carols. These things make my life just that much better. They play constantly when I'm in the car with my mom, and I love them! Except the one about the shoes and the dying mother... I don't like that one.
In recent news: I've become addicted to YouTube. It's a problem, one that I am not actively working to fix. Ummm... I'm riding two ponies- Petey and Laa Laa. They are fabulous. I'm starting tumbling lessons next week so I can try out for cheerleading next year. That's about it.
Okay, okay, enough about that and back to the topic at hand. We were discussing Christmas Carols. The worst are the really sad ones. Because who wants to listen to a sad Christmas song? I hate a lot of the slow ones, too. The 'classics', I guess. My favorites include Santa Baby, Dominic the Donkey, White Christmas (the Neil Diamond version), Don't They Know it's Christmastime and Feliz Navidad. These are fantastic songs. They greatly outnumber the bad songs. There are also some more interesting Christmas songs out there. There's a couple I like that I've heard once or twice, that I have no idea of the names and/or where to find them. But if you go here, there's a good chance you'll find something different, if that's what you're into.
